What is the agenda for the meeting?
Meetings usually involve finding out about what has been done in the past and then creating a content plan for the future. This is done by examining business needs and content examples unique to your company.
Booking Tool Availability
All times will be in your local time. If you are using a VPN please change it to your current location or deactivate it. Meetings are 30 minutes by default, if you require more time then you can book another session after the initial meeting. All meetings take place via ZOOM online,
Confirmation & Notifications
When you confirm your time via the booking tool you will receive an automatic confirmation email and you should be able to see or accept the calendar invitation (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook). You will also receive reminders via email. Once scheduled, your account manager will send you an email with more information. If you can not attend then please let them know so they can reschedule it for you.
How can I prepare before the meeting?
Your account manager will send you an email with some answers to some FAQs, they will also send you our portfolio, and company profile. Then you will be able to see some examples of what you can expect from our service.
